Born and raised in Venezuela, Antonio moved to the United States in the year 2000 in pursuit of a better future for himself and his family; carrying with him the determination and work ethic that would define his career. Like many immigrants, he started with a dream; unlike most, he turned that dream into a global enterprise.

Antonio began his professional trajectory working in a startup within the telecommunications and consumer electronics industry, distributing major brands such as HP, Samsung, and Nokia across the United States and Latin America. His natural business acumen led him to quickly scale operations, establishing offices in five countries and forging strategic alliances in eleven. By 2011, his efforts helped generate an impressive $250 million in annual revenue.

That same transformative year, Antonio co-founded his first brand: TR3®, a line of mobile phones and accessories designed and manufactured in Hong Kong and China. Under his leadership, TR3® was successfully distributed throughout the Americas, reflecting his deep understanding of product development, global logistics, and market penetration.

Also in 2011, Antonio reconnected with a long-held passion: the entertainment industry. Having started as a security & logistics professional in Venezuela in 1997, he used that early experience to launch his own production company, offering services in event logistics, production, and private security services. What began as a personal passion evolved into a successful business unit, producing high-impact events across various markets.

In 2016, Antonio took another leap forward with the creation of NOBUX®, his second brand of cellular phones, accessories, and consumer electronics. This new venture expanded the product portfolio and distribution network to include six additional countries, reinforcing his reputation as a powerhouse in international brand development and strategic scaling.

By 2018, after nearly two decades of hands-on business experience across multiple industries and regions, Antonio founded his own corporate coaching and consulting firm, making his knowledge, vision, and strategy available to entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations seeking sustainable growth and innovation.

In 2019, Antonio entered yet another new frontier, the commercial refrigeration industry, focusing on the manufacturing of walk-in coolers and freezers for the food and beverage sector. This opportunity allowed him to deepen his expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality assurance programs; areas that he now integrates into all aspects of his consulting and leadership practices.
